PROCESS OF QUINOA

The seed of Orillet Quinoa are processed in the State of the art modern plant imported from Peru, where in the seeds are cleaned, scarifed to remove the bitter saponin coating, without disturbing the nutritional values and washed with our unique process of triple wash with glacier water and then dried in a Rotary tunnel dryer. Then the processed seeds are graded and de-stoned and then they are vaccum packed with perfect moisture required for the longer shelf life.

This whole process retains the nutritional qualities of the Quinoa but readies it for cooking at home and is the base for our value added Quinoa products.
